April 8-9 Be educated and entertained by an authentic medieval encampment, concluding with a Siege of the Castle. May 6-7 Hedingham Castle is transformed into a medieval encampment. The Lion Rampant bring entertainment in the form of music, dancing and juggling and provide a dramatic displays of fire-eating and fully-armoured Knights in Foot Combat. Have-a-go Archery and enjoyable displays of Falconry. May 27-28 Jousting Tournaments begin with the return of Sir Jasper and The Knights of Royal England. Watch as the courageous Knights entertain and duel in these twice-daily jousting tournaments. Jousting takes place at 12:30pm and 3:30pm.
