Ravenshire Renaissance and Pirate Faire

	Performer Information - 2008
	All performers must be in costume and ready to perform ½ hour before opening gate. Please refer to the Costume Guide. If you need help with a costume or wish to do Pirate rather than Renaissance please contact us ASAP and we will try to help you out. If you are a stage performer please be at the stage 15 minutes before your show to avoid any empty stage time. You must be to a minimum of two rehearsals if you are a street performer. You will be notified of the first auditions and rehearsal by phone or mail, and each one after that at the next rehearsal. If you miss two rehearsals you will be replaced unless prior arrangements have been made. All performers must have a signed Hold Harmless Agreement on file with us. Please call us if you have any questions. We want to work with you and make this faire fun for everyone!
	Hold Harmless Agreement Over the years we have noticed that some of our merchants have not filled one of these out. They are usually the merchants that apply by e-mail. To fix this problem we now have this form on this web site. You can now print the form and send it along with your fees. If you are sending in a paper application one of these forms is included.
	Camping Rules Under 18 Camping Rules Anyone under 18 will not camp without a Parent or legal Guardian. This includes 1 parent or an adult over 21 with a signed permission slip from the parent. If you are under 18 and are not camping you must leave the site by 9:00 pm every night. Everyone will get a pass that will indicate whether they are camping or not. Please keep your pass on you at all times. All camping areas will be specified on the map. No ground fires because we are in a park. All other forms of camping lights are allowed. (Tiki's, Grills, Fire Pots, Lanterns, etc.) There is no under age drinking or any drug use allowed on this site at any time. If your are caught drinking under age or using illegal drugs, the police will be called and you will be removed without any warning. There are no showers available at our new location. Please make other arrangements.
